New campaign started! Join us in our new "Give them 5 campaign"
We are launching our new campaign, Give them 5! Be part of a group that will commit to Giving 5 to the women and children trapped in the commercial sex industry. We want to concentrate on giving them 5 minutes of prayer on the fifth of every month, and contribute $5.00 on the fifth of the month to equip this ministry to meet the needs of the women and children we serve. Be a part of the army that God is raising up to contend spiritually and meet the physical needs of these women and children. Outreach planned for Saturday November 6th and Saturday November 13th at two local stripclubs. Pray for us as we reach out to those who need us!
Join with us as we build relationships with those in the sex industry. We will be giving pedicures and sharing food and love with the girls. - Born to Party Foundation announces the First Annual Freedom Walk!
This walk-a-thon will help us continue our programs to help women and their children escape the commercial sex industry. It will be held on June 5, 2010. The Freedom walk will be held at Linar Park in Bedford Texas, which is located of Harwood Drive and MeadowPark accross from the Meadow Park Athletic Center. We will start the opening ceremony at 8:00am and the walk begins at 8:30. In case you can't find a spot to park, up on Cummings is an elementary school, and you can park there, and walk down to the walk (2 blocks)
We are looking forward to opening Hope's Place for women with children, Born to Party Foundation provides food, mentoring, counseling, medication, tutoring and educational help for sex workers and their children.
We also run outreaches to at risk groups to runaway's/throwaway children and those working in the commercial sex industry. We visit stripclubs, We educate the community about the negative consequences of the commerical sex industry by our speakers bureau and planned billboard campaign, which will raise awareness about the link between Human Trafficking and sex work.
We need your support to continue to work with and help women and children leave the sex industry. By helping the women escape the industry, we are helping their children be in a safe environment and help reduce the risk of the children being sexually exploited as well.
